Delaware Bio 2010 Annual Awards Gala celebrates achievements of its members in the field of Biosciences and Biotechnology.Four individuals were honored this year with special awards:
Delaware 's United States Congressman Michael N.Castle received the 2010 Goverment Official Award for his support and advocacy of bioscience research.
The Innovation Award went to Vivadi M.Yusibov, Ph.D., Executive Director of Fraunhofer center for Molecular Biotechnology.
The Service Award is presented to Catherine M.Bonucelli, M.D., Clinical Vice - President, Respiratory & Inflammation at AstraZeneca for her commitment to the community and her instrumental role in founding the Delaware Bio.

Delaware Bio 2010 Gala Visionary Award to Chad Holliday The keynote speaker this year, former Chairman and CEO of DuPont, Chad Holliday was the recipient of the Delaware Bio Visionary Award honoring him for his commitment to sustainability and biotechnology over the last decade.

The Visionary Award (2nd photo) for Mr. Holliday was created by Greatglas, Inc. a Delaware company specializing in unique Pyrex Glass projects, including architectural glass, lighting glass parts, custom glass manufacturing.
